Club DVD On Sale
Following a popular display of photographs entitled "Four Seasons in Shetland" in the Lerwick Museum in September 2010, the Club has now produced a DVD with the same title.
The DVD contains almost 400 photographs of Shetland landscapes, seascapes, wildlife, gardens, wild flowers, and various local seasonal events and activities. It is divided into four slide shows, one for each season. The duration is approximately one hour, with background music from well known local musicians Maggie Adamson & Brian Nicolson, Stephen Spence, Fiddlers' Bid, and Hom Bru.
The format is PAL widescreen, and the DVD is available in local shops throughout Shetland. It can also be bought on the internet from Music In Scotland or MusicScotland (see the Links section in this site).
The light in Shetland is renowned for its quality, and has inspired photographers for generations.
