Order Forms for School Photo Packages
Please complete the order form using the numbers from the contact sheet given to you by the school.
You need to complete one form for each child if you have more than one child at the school.
Extra Prints and/or Calendars
If you'd like to order extra prints other than the Portrait Packages please go to the section School Photos and add the relevant prints to your shopping cart.
You can then make one single payment for all the orders.
